Clinic Policy

Our experience shows that patients obtain the best results from their care in the shortest time possible, when there is agreement and cooperation between the Chiropractor and the patient. In order for this to happen we would like to give you an understanding of how our Clinic works.

Arrival
To keep waiting times to a minimum we work to appointment times, so patients who arrive on time have preference over patients who arrive early or late.

Opening Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 1:00pm & 2:30pm - 7:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm

Appointments
Your Chiropractor will prescribe a specific schedule of care for you, which requires a set number of adjustments within a certain period of time.
To get the best available times we suggest that you make your appointments in advance.

Your progress under our care is important to us, so if you do miss one of your appointments an assistant will contact you to reschedule the appointment so that your progress is not interrupted; and if possible your Chiropractor will endeavour to see you after their normal working shift, on the same day. We ask that you be on time for your appointments, as like all consultant doctors, your Chiropractors time will be booked up throughout the day. If you wish to discuss something at great length with your Chiropractor we can offer you an appointment outside of peak times, so that you can have our full, uninterrupted attention at no extra cost, (and your Doctor will be pleased to return any of your calls).

If an appointment has to be rescheduled we ask that you give us at least 12 hours notice.
Appointments missed without reasonable notice or explanation may be charged for.

Concerns

If there is anything that you are concerned about during the course of your care, please speak to your Chiropractor about it.
We appreciate honest feedback, as it will help us provide you with the highest quality care.
